About Kyle
Kyle is an accomplished appellate attorney who primarily focuses on juvenile appellate work. Through his practice at Buckley & Buckley, Kyle provides robust appellate representation by methodically reviewing transcripts and legal records, communicating to his clients with precision and empathy, and skillfully crafting compelling legal arguments to effectively advocate for his clients in their appeals.
Handling a broad range of juvenile appellate matters, Kyle has secured positive results for his clients in dependency, termination, guardianship, and private severance appeals. Alongside his work at Buckley & Buckley, Kyle contracts with the Pima County Office of Court-Appointed Counsel to provide legal representation to indigent individuals.
Since 2019, Kyle has been actively involved in the juvenile legal field. Prior to his practice at Buckley & Buckley, Kyle served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of Arizona’s juvenile bench where he drafted under advisement rulings on various dependency and delinquency issues, researched and briefed comprehensive legal issues in preparation for trials and hearings, and composed decisions on Rule 32 Petitions for Post-Conviction Relief and other post-conviction criminal proceedings.
Having been born and raised in Southern Arizona, Kyle is dedicated to providing legal assistance to families in his community.

About Bryson

Bryson is a tested litigator who has represented a wide array of clients in a variety of practice areas throughout all phases of litigation, and now primarily concentrates on juvenile appellate work, where he diligently represents his clients – both appellants and appellees – handling appeals of their respective juvenile trial court rulings.
Prior to Buckley & Buckley, Bryson worked for several years as an attorney at a premier international employment law firm, where he represented national, regional, and local employers in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, employment contracts, employment-related torts, and wrongful termination.
Throughout his career, Bryson has regularly obtained favorable dispositions for his clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in various administrative agencies. In his practice, Bryson has managed cases throughout all aspects of litigation, including initial pleadings, case analysis, strategy development, fact investigation, witness interviews, witness preparation, depositions, written discovery, motion practice, bench and jury trials, and appellate briefing and argument.
Prior to that, Bryson served as an attorney at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, first as a criminal prosecutor and later moving to the County Attorney’s Civil Division in the Employment Law Unit.
